Executive Director, Int’l Initiative on Exploitive Child Labor, Washington, DC, 2003-Present.  Directed NGO devoted to the elimination of the worst forms of child labor. Activities have included leading baseline studies in Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and training of field staff. Under contract with the American Institute of Research (AIR), she conducted a task mapping / job risk- ergonomics analysis of the work activities of youth and adults in coffee production. Under contract with the International Foundation for Education and Self-Help (IFESH), she conducted mid-term and final evaluations of the Community Teachers Program (CTP) related to the training of community members to meet minimum education standards established by the Ministry of Education in Ghana. She oversees the award of grants to small community based organizations (CBOs) around the world. Over the years, a total of 33 grants have been awarded.
